Meredith Vogel

Meredith is a Licensed Masters Social Worker who obtained her undergraduate degree in social work from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree in social work and Trauma-Informed Practice certificate from the University of New England. Meredith has worked with children, adolescents, and adults for the last 5 years in a variety of settings including sexual assault support services, Children’s Advocacy Center, and a School-Based Health Center. Meredith sees counseling as an opportunity to provide individualize, judgment-free mental health services to individuals at all stages of life. Meredith’s therapeutic practice is guided by mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Meredith aims to create a safe space where clients feel empowered to advocate for their needs, explore their feelings, and create positive, lasting change
